Lovell and Barnet Homes have been working together on the design and development of the Grahame Park North East regeneration proposals. After recently receiving planning consent for the principle of regeneration for Phase One of Grahame Park North East, we are now asking for your views on the detailed design of the scheme before we submit a further planning application to Barnet Council by Summer 2026.
