Letter originally sent to residents
Dear Resident
Barnet Homes would like to invite you to an exhibition that we are hosting in order to update the community on our proposals for development at the Grange Estate and surrounding area.
We have been consulting with the community on the proposals for the Grange Estate and in February we held an in person public consultation event. As a result of feedback from members of the public, ward councillors and the new council administration, Barnet Homes have amended the proposals so that new homes are no longer proposed for the Brownswell Road and Tarling Road sites.
The revised scheme is for housing only at the High Road and Central Avenue sites, as presented previously, albeit with some changes including new proposals for car parking at Willow Walk.
This event will enable residents and the wider community to view the updated proposals for new affordable homes and see how they have been shaped by the community feedback to date prior to the submission of a planning application.
The event will take place at the Tarling Road Community Centre, 20 Fallows Close, London N2 8LG on:
▪ Tuesday 28th June from 3.00pm to 7.00pm
We look forward to meeting you and answering any questions that you may have. The event is a drop-in session, so you only need to attend at the time which suits you to get the full update. The latest development proposals will be available online shortly after the event. You will be able to view these on the project website which is available here: barnethomesengage.org
If you have any queries in the meantime, please contact our community consultant Tom Cooper of Instinctif Partners on 0207 457 2802 or tom.cooper@instinctif.com
