Barnet Council’s tenancy agreements explain that our tenants are responsible for some repair works. The Barnet Group will soon introduce a Rechargeable Repairs Policy (click here to download the draft policy). The policy will set out our approach to charging the cost of some repair works to tenants – where tenants are responsible for those works.
