Survey and stakeholder outreach

Exhibition 1: Webinar introducing project, team, development brief, responding to key themes from community survey, design approach, engagement plan and promotion of workshops (12 attendees)

Design workshops: Three short, interactive workshops on key themes from
survey: Play & Community (2 attendees), Safety & Security (7 attendees),Maintenance  and Management (7 attendees)

Extended outreach work: Phone-calls (41 residents spoken to) Zoom drop-ins (4 attendees) and phone-call surgeries (0 uptake) to give residents different options for finding out more.

Resident Interest Group Introductory meeting: First meeting focusing on the upcoming exhibition, with group introductions/Terms of Reference
introduced for development (5 out of 6 members in attendance)

Exhibition 2: Second exhibition focusing on what housing is possible, where. 60+ attendees

Exhibition 3 / Consultation

Public exhibition, and planning submission is made

Planning committee grants resolution to approve
